Tree Of Light

The Macclesfield 2023 ‘Tree Of Light’ event will be taking place on Thursday 7th December at 6pm.

Christmas is a joyful time of year, but if you’ve lost someone you love and you’re struggling it can be a difficult time. Join us under the Christmas tree in Market Place for our ‘Tree of Light’ ceremony, a service of contemplation and reflection with readings, poetry and Christmas carols.

In past years, if its bad weather the service may be moved to St Michael’s Church, located a few yards away opposite the Christmas Tree.
