Treacle Market

Treacle Market is still one of the largest Artisan Markets in the North West and celebrated their 15th year in July 2025!

Held on the historic cobbles of Macclesfield Marketplace on the last Sunday of every month (except December). Enjoy over 140+ stalls of exceptional quirky unique artworks, antiques, books, vintage finds, delicious food & drink plus stalls hosted by many local community groups.

The Treacle Market is a great place to spend a hours ambling around and shop for something unique. Discover something new every month, meet up with friends, listen to live music and sample some tasty street food.

We hope you can join us on Sunday 25th January, from 10am to 3.30pm for the first Treacle Market of 2026!  We’re proud to host one of the biggest Artisan Markets in the North West, with more great stalls, food and entertainment to enjoy! Thank you for supporting the fantastic independent traders which make Treacle so special!
