Manchester Chamber Choir opens its 2026–27 season in Macclesfield with The Day is Done on Friday 9 October. Herbert Howells’ Requiem is at the heart of a programme exploring mortality, remembrance and consolation. Principal conductor Vicente Chavarría leads the choir.
