Salvatore’s Italian restaurant in Macclesfield opened in January and is located on Mill Lane, just a few minutes walk from the town centre. The restaurant may be new but the owner “Sal’ has a long established reputation in Macclesfield, as the chef and restaurant owner of ‘Rosanero’ established for many years, in the same location before shutting 4 years ago.

Born and raised in Sicily, Sal has been immersed in the life of a family kitchen and the foods of his homeland for his entire life . His career spans working in exquisite restaurants, homely to sophisticated, high end catering and more famously working with the Minardi Formula One racing team!
