Piccante in Macclesfield is currently closed for renovations and will reopen as the Chestergate Hotel.
Piccante in Macclesfield is situated in Charles Roe House on Chestergate, in the heart of the town centre. The restaurant serves fusion Italian and Brazillian cuisine, with a great choice of top class tapas style small dishes as well as traditional favourites.
The restaurant is split over two floors, with dining on the first floor and cocktail lounge on the ground floor. Open lunch times and for evening dining, you can eat or just relax and enjoy amazing cocktails and great choice of fine wine.
Charles Roe House is stunning location to relax and dine. Recently restored to its former character, the grade II listed building is over 250 years old and was originally the home of Charles Roe, Macclesfield’s famous silk and button entrepreneur.
Piccante opened in December 2022 and has already received wonderful review on Tripadvisor with a well deserved 4.5* rating. You’ll find ample parking behind the restaurant and in car parks, all within a two minute walk and free after 6pm.
