Astle Park Traction Engine Rally 2026

We’ll be updating detail of the 2026 Astle Park Traction Engine Rally when they are announced in the new year.

2024 Achieve 

It’s full steam ahead for Astle Park Traction Engine Rally 2024! The popular event is being held on Saturday 10th & Sunday 11th August at Astle Park, in Chelford.

Opening times are Saturday 10am – 11pm and Sunday 10am – 5pm.

Set in the beautiful green parkland, this spectacular and popular event is one of Cheshire’s biggest steam and vintage events, with a bumper weekend of arena entertainment.

Enjoy a vast display of exhibits from all over the UK including traction engines, magnificent showman’s engines and fairground organs, all creating a traditional steam rally atmosphere. You’ll also find displays of vintage/classic vehicles including cars, commercials, Series 1 Land Rovers, motorcycles, tractors, military vehicles and various working displays.

Join us for a fantastic family day out or weekend break camping onsite, with vintage and modern fun fairs, falconry, children’s inflatables etc, various catering outlets, trade stands to browse and much more. Relax on Saturday night in the licensed bar with live music performances and later don’t miss the amazing firework display.

Opening times are Saturday 10am – 11pm and Sunday 10am – 5pm.
