About 1261 Festival – Foremothers – MaccCreate
1261 Festival – Foremothers – MaccCreate
For this exhibition local women were invited to make small personal shrines or caskets dedicated to one of their female ancestors.
Viewers are invited to move between the boxes, experiencing each shrine as a point of reflection for both the makers and the artist.
