General Information 2025/2026

Cinemac cinema in Macclesfield is a one screen venue, based in the Heritage centre on Roe street, just a 2 minute walk from the town hall. Set in this beautiful historic building you can watch the latest films on their state of the art digital projection equipment.

As of Wednesday 21st of May, our box office will now be open 20 minutes before each show on weekends and during school half terms.

On weekdays during term times, our box office will open 15 minutes before each show.

Car Parking

On May 26th, Cheshire East will be changing the prices and times you have to pay for parking in Macclesfield.

We recommend all our guests that visit us by car, to park in Dukes Street Car Park.

This is free past 3pm everyday and does not have a time limit on it.

All other car parks in Macclesfield will be charging until 10pm, Exchange street car park is now limited to only 2 hours at a time.

Cinebar

Our auditorium Bar is open before screenings (subject to the film being shown, and at live by satellite events). Tea, coffee, prosecco, wine, beer and spirits are available and may be taken into the auditorium.

Inline with Government Guidelines, the bar will no longer be serving alcohol past 10pm.

Please refrain from bringing in sweets, drinks or other edible items into the cinema. This is to protect staff and other visitors.
