Brodo Small Plates and Pasta

Brodo Small Plates and Pasta serves sharing plates, pasta and Italian-inspired dishes in the Yard at the Picturedrome in Macclesfield. Find the kitchen at 102–104 Chestergate, a short walk from the town centre shops.

The menu offers plenty to share, from marinated olives and homemade focaccia to bruschetta, king prawns, beef and pork meatballs, and arancini with nduja. There is also a cured meat selection with mozzarella, focaccia, caper berries and olives.

Pasta choices include rigatoni with beef short rib and oxtail ragu, bucatini with pancetta and chilli, seafood bucatini, and pappardelle with roasted squash, chestnuts and sage. Children’s bucatini with tomato sauce is available, alongside fritti, sides and a lemongrass and ginger panna cotta.
