Picturedrome is a trendy food hall in Macclesfield which opened to the public in 2019, celebrating their 5th anniversary in October 2024. The food hall has built a reputation for its buzzy atmosphere, large capacity and there’s no need to book as you can visit anytime of the day or evening.

You can choose from numerous food vendors including;

1. Good Burger TC: Launched in June 2024 by the team behind Tender Cow, Good Burger TC specializes in beef, chicken, and vegetarian burgers, along with ice cream. Their menu is designed to be accessible, with no single item priced over £10.

2. Honest Crust: This vendor is renowned for its artisanal pizzas, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and baked to perfection.

3. Ruben’s: Levantine grill & mezze bringing vibrant flavors from the Mediterranean. Ruben’s offers a selection of Levantine-inspired dishes, including grilled meats and mezze plates.

4. Send Noods: This vendor specializes in noodle-based dishes, providing a variety of Asian-inspired meals to satisfy diverse palates.

5. Baked By Bean: Warm cookies, brownies, cornflake slices, with custard or ice cream and a whole load of other goodies including some tasty milkshakes!

6. PD Coffee: Quality quality, perfect for anytime of the day or pick a tea which suits your mood. Also pick up a sweet treats at the counter made by local bakers, if you fancy a light breakfast or snack.

7. Jack in the Box: A bar operated by Blackjack Brewery, offering a selection of craft beers and beverages to complement the diverse food options.

8. Reserve Wines: Providing a curated selection of wines, Reserve Wines offers patrons the opportunity to enjoy a glass or bottle alongside their meals or to take home.

9. Dicks General Store: A new lifestyle, gift and stationary shop, open in the entrance foyer of the Picturedrome. Open 10am-6pm Friday to Saturday and 10am-3pm on Sunday.

With such a great choice of fantastic food offered by the different eateries within the food hall, it offers something for everyone including veggie and vegan dishes.

The Picturedrome building itself dates back to 1911, when it was once a popular cinema. The food hall has embraced the buildings character and brings something very unique to Macclesfield which will attract visitors from all over Cheshire and beyond.

The eatery is the third venture from the same owners of the hugely successful Mackie Mayor in Manchester and Altrincham Market.

The outdoor extension at the PIcturedrome expands the capacity of the food hall and with the bonus of being undercover with heaters seating and tables.
