Aquila Macclesfield is a Bacaro. This is a Venetian word to describe a humble restaurant serving simple food and good wine and it’s a real hidden gem.

Aquila opened in August 2013 and reopened in 2019 with new owners and management. It’s one of Macclesfield most popular places to eat. With its reputation for wonderful food and unique menu booking in advance is advised.
